MISSION STATEMENT

The Hampton Little Warriors program, including all coaches and Board of Directors, will make every effort to insure that every child with the desire to play football participates. The coaches will work to develop the fundamentals of football, including but not limited to stances, blocking, tackling, running, throwing, kicking, catching, and conditioning. The program is committed to instilling honesty, loyalty, integrity, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, respect, leadership and trust in all players while they experience the challenge of competition, the joy of victory and the reality of defeat. We believe these values are instrumental in the development of children into active, productive members of this community.
